fantastic stay but room view could be better

The staff were incredibly attentive. Senthil and Kandavel in housekeeping kept our rooms spotless. The catering service was exceptional, with friendly interactions from all areas of the hotel. The warm welcome we received daily set a positive tone for our stay.

However, the room view didn't meet my expectations.

I loved our stay! The staff was friendly, particularly Mr Singh at the restaurant who shared details about the dish ingredients. Our breakfast was delightful, and the entire hotel felt very luxurious, making it a memorable experience for my family with our small child.

My kids wished for more kid-friendly activities.

The spa was amazing. I felt relaxed after the massage. Loved the convenient location near shopping. The cozy bar atmosphere! Would definitely recommend the dinner buffet. the variety was impressive!
